Potential program participants must complete:

• this online application,
• phone interview,
• in-person interview,
• a background check, and
• drug screening.

Participant eligibility:

• Homeless/housing insecure
• No children
• Not pregnant
• >9 months out of mental health hospital 
• >9 months out of D&A rehab (and sober that long)
• No felonies
• No violent crimes
• >5 years since criminal history of any kind

To maintain enrollment, participants must:

• secure an income of at least $500/month for the first 6 months; $1,000/month after 6 months,
• meet with Program Coordinator monthly,
• meet with Financial Stability Coach monthly,
• remain clean and sober, and
• follow house rules.
